Congratulations to Irene Wyse (Senior Assistant Manager) who was awarded Staff Achiever of the Third Quarter 2012 in the Marine Hotel on Wednesday, 24th October 2012.

Irene has been working in the Marine Hotel for almost 2½ years now and is a wonderful asset to our team.

Grand Hotel's Arena Health and Fitnes Club Wins Gold

The Arena Health and Fitness Club, based in our sister Hotel, the 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide, is a winner yet again!

We are delighted to announce that the Arena Health and Fitness Club has been awarded “Gold” in the ILAM White Flag Excellence Awards at the Prestigious Gala Awards Dinner held in the Killenard Golf and Spa Resort on Thursday, 18th October 2012.

Receiving the award on the night was Suzanne Byrne (Arena Health and Fitness Club Manager) and Philip Byrne (Assistant Arena Health and Fitness Club Manager) who was also the White Flag Coordinator (pictured below).

The Arena Health and Fitness Club is the only Hotel Club in Ireland to achieve Gold and one of only 5 clubs in Dublin to achieve Gold.

We here at the Grand and Marine Hotels, are very proud of Suzanne, Philip and the entire Arena Health and Fitness Club team.
